EFFICIENCY AND DUST HOLDING CAPACITY

        Bag Filter is an extended-surface, high-capacity air filter, comprised of individual Synthetic Fiber pockets, and assembled in a metal supported frame. It is designed for use in areas requiring a higher degree of air cleanliness and fiber shedding is of great concern, such as Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Painting Spray Booths, and Office Buildings etc. It does not contain any glass fiber, which is considered a healthy threat. The Synthetic bag filters are not affected by extreme moisture and humid conditions, unlike the glass fiber filters that lose up to 20% of efficiency under wet environment. The Synthetic Bag Filters are available in average efficiency range of 40-45%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% per ASHRAE 52.1-1992 Standard (Atmospheric Dust Spot Test Procedures), an EN779 equivalent. Face velocity up to 750 FPM in operation are available for some models.

CONSTRUCTION
Bag Filters are made by combining a series of individual pockets, which are bonded to a corrosion-resistant header frame. The interface between filter media and the metal frame was sealed with hot melt glue to ensure no air leakage or bypass.

MATERIAL AND EFFICIENCY
The Bag Filters are made of Multiple-Layered Synthetic Microfiber. The Synthetic Microfiber was laid on nonwoven layers to ensure multi-layer build-up and eliminate fiber shedding. The media is extremely durable and non-shedding. The media is color-coded to differentiate filtration efficiency – ranging from 40-45% to 90-95%.
